It seems the rift between Prince Harry, Meghan Markle, and the rest of the British royal family continues to deepen. Experts are now saying that Harry and Meghan will never truly make peace with King Charles and Prince William as long as they continue to profit off their royal titles and connections.

Their timing for promoting Meghan's latest lifestyle brand venture, Archewell, was questionable at best. Meghan's friend Nacho Figueras posted about some of the brand's products like jam and dog biscuits on social media right as Prince William's wife Kate Middleton was preparing for her appearance at the annual Trooping the Colour ceremony.

While Nacho claimed it was just a coincidence, many saw it as a deliberate attempt to upstage Kate on her big day. Royal expert Kinsey Schofield said Meghan knew the publicity this would generate but failed to show any royal courtesy by publicly acknowledging King Charles' birthday that same weekend.

Harry and Meghan seem determined to build their brand and celebrity status in California, but in doing so are only widening the rift with Harry's family back in the UK. Experts say as long as they keep cashing in on their royal titles and connections, true reconciliation will remain out of reach.
