According to reports, Meghan Markle allegedly bitterly fired her former communications secretary Jason Knauf over the failure to secure tickets to see the British rock band Oasis in concert. Knauf, who worked as Meghan and Prince Harry's communications secretary at the time, claims that the Duchess bullied him. This latest allegation adds to the growing list of claims that Meghan has mistreated royal staff members.

Sources report that Knauf filed a formal complaint against Meghan in October 2018, painting a disturbing picture of her alleged behavior. The complaint detailed that Meghan drove two personal assistants out of the royal household and was undermining the confidence of another staff member. A senior staff member at Buckingham Palace told of a situation where members of staff, particularly young women, were being reduced to tears on a regular basis due to bullying by Meghan.

However, Meghan's spokesperson has vehemently denied all allegations of bullying, calling it a "calculated smear campaign." They expressed that the Duchess is saddened by these continued attacks on her character. The spokesperson has also suggested that the timing of these allegations, coming just before Meghan and Harry's interview with Oprah Winfrey, is no coincidence and aimed to promote a false narrative in the media.

But the claims against Meghan don't end with the Oasis concert ticket incident. Sources told The Times that staff members would anticipate confrontations with Meghan and be left shaking with anxiety. One former employee even claimed to have been personally humiliated by her. Two other members of staff were allegedly bullied as well.

These allegations are particularly concerning as both Meghan and Harry have vocally advocated for mental health issues in the past. Just recently, Harry revealed in an interview with James Corden that the toxic British press was destroying his own mental health, contributing to his decision to step back from royal duties.

Interestingly, rumors of Meghan having a demanding management style and being difficult to work with first emerged in 2018 as well. However, these claims were dismissed by Meghan's supporters at the time, who argued she faced harsher treatment due to racism and sexism. Now, with named sources and specific accusations, the bullying controversy has been reignited.

Some argue this is simply a smear campaign against an outspoken Duchess of color. Others say Meghan must be held accountable if she mistreated staff. Regardless, it remains unclear how the royal couple will address these new bullying claims publicly. They had been focused on building their philanthropic platform advocating for women and mental health issues.

This latest saga is sure to overshadow their upcoming interview with Oprah as well. Only time will tell if Meghan and Harry can move past this controversy or if it severely damages their public image and work. One thing is certain - the global fascination with Meghan Markle shows no signs of slowing down. These new allegations will undoubtedly fuel further tabloid stories and public debate over the actions of the Duchess of Sussex.
